The Men of Discipline is an alternative leather and uniform fraternity for gay men who are serious about BDSM, the leather lifestyle, and who practice discipline in their daily lives.

As a fraternity, we share a common vision for providing: a safe, sane, consensual and trusting environment to learn about and conduct BDSM activities educational forums on BDSM techniques and safety a social outlet for building camaraderie and brotherhood exploration of the spiritual dimension of BDSM encouragement for personal improvement through the setting of personal goals and by leading a disciplined life support to local charities through fundraising activities
